Guar Gum is a natural high molecular weight hydrocolloid polysaccharide composed of galectin and mannan unit combined through glyosidic linkage, which may be described chemically as galactomannan and it is cold water-soluble polysaccharide. Dissolved in Hot or Cold water, Guar Gum forms a slime of high viscosity. Guar Gum Is white to yellowish White powder and is nearly odorless. There are two type of Guar Gum Powder:
